Oracle (for obvious reasons) places more emphasis on &quot;bugs&quot; when they are coming from clients rather than consultants.  So, if you think this is a bug, I&#039;d encourage you to report this to Oracle as such - there&#039;s &quot;strength in numbers&quot;!</description>
